I finished my assignment today, i had to chose one of my previous thumbnails and work with it. So as i wrote earlier i had to redo my assignment because i got it wrong, and had to correct it. so from the new thumbnails i chose to work with the hero. I did a face close up so that we get a face for the hero. so everything is on one sheet.
We have been drawing for two weeks and a half with the best teachers ive ever had. Ive learned a lot. This week we concentrated on drawing hands, feet and faces.
So when i got home today, i decided to read my homework while i was doing laundry. And i brought my sketchbook. I was shocked by how far i have come.
So the last assignment…. i got it wrong… ahhahaha
they wanted the characters to be more specific, details and stuff should give us a bit of insight about their backgrounds, so i got assigned to do 3 more pictures to make up for the wrong i just did. (I made 5 just to be sure)
And i got another assignment about perspective, and i finished it last Saturday so i thought that i would wait until i got it all done.

And the perspective picture, i wanted to draw a fighter jet but it was too hard 
i couldn’t get it done, but ill try it another time, sorry 😦

Where did they go? the words he just had on his lips. Sitting there staring down at her hand lying there right next to his thigh, oh what a beautiful hand, so soft and so gentle, just resting there on the wooden plank. Â Is this the right moment? If he puts his hand on hers, would she feel the same him? would she accept it?
He faces the view of the sun setting, he has to get her home soon. He turns his head and looks at her, while she is looking at the view, and her face, smooth as silk, perfectly shaped, her dark eyes glimmering, her long brown hair resting slightly on her other shoulder. Her ear, neck, down to her collarbone, such a beautiful sight.
He moves a bit closer to her, his shoulder gently touching hers . She turns and looks at him, their eyes meet, he gazes at her lips, so shiny.
– What is it? she asked smiling.
– Oh! No..nothing, he replied.
His hand starts to tremble and his heart is racing, he can feel it pumping the blood through his body. He feels afraid, the lump in his chest makes him feel anxious. Should he just do it? Just take the chance? How would it look if they left and he didn’t do anything?
– Actually… there is one thing, he says.
– Yeah?
– Come  closer, he tells her.
She leans forward, her eyes inspecting his face. He leans forward slowly, she gets drawn in. Her soft lips touching his, he closes his eyes, he loves it. The intensity makes him move, he takes her hand in his, he carefully kisses her neck and then her cheek. He backs up and pulls her closer to him, she rests her head on his shoulder, and he leans his head on hers. He loves it, that satisfaction, hopes for the future runs around his head with happiness.
We started the new course last monday, and we have been learing about how to draw, and we had a live model there.
Nothing much to say here but we got an assignment yesterday to be finished this friday, 20 pictures/thumbnails, and to folow a concept. Im not sure if ive done it right but i just got finished with the pics and will post it here for you to see, before ill hand it in.

So this course is over, and ive learned a lot! Many things didn’t go as planned but we got us some good pictures 😉
A five week long assignment and yes i havent posted that much here so ill try to make this entertaining!
However, It was a hard month, we could have done better. We didnt have “that pitch” that we thought we had, we got our legs chopped off by the examinators but of course were not the only ones. With 13 groups i think they spared like 2 groups, mostly because they had a nice presentation but how about the game idea…. yeah…
We had this cartoon characters that we liked to call a fantasy genre in our presentation, but that didnt seem to be politically correct, because fantasy only involved elves, trolls etc… yeah thats the things we got chopped off for. But to all fairness we also did lack explainations for the game dynamics and maybe we still havent mastered the english language…..
Well alot of unfair judgements were made maybe, but i think some of them had valid points, even though they got stuck on small details (Not only talking about our group of course). I think we should learn how to not be in that situation again, hopefully. We will try to be better next time! And deliver a better concept design 🙂
I cant post our work right here but i can share the front page i made and stuff like that 😉
Oh and by the way, i just got a tablet so that i can draw on my PC! Im gonna train alot! And for the next course well even get som 2d drawing lessons!
